Andres studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge and holds a PhD in Structural Biology from the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology.
His research interests lie at the forefront of AI development. As a member of Tum.ai, Germany’s leading AI student initiative, he worked as a research collaborator with IBM exploring the mechanistic interpretability of LLMs and helped run the initiative’s incubator programme.
He previously worked as a patent engineer at one of the leading German patent law firms.
In June 2026, he joined Invivo Partners as an Investment Analyst intern.
