Michael Tadros

Michael is a biotech leader with a B.Sc. in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Ph.D. in Microbiology. He has extensive expertise in technology transfer, venture philanthropy, and biotech management, advancing research-based innovations to market.

Previously, Michael was a manager at CrossRoadBiotech, a life sciences venture capital firm, and later Senior Manager at the Botin Foundation, supporting Spain’s top scientists through strategic management and funding.

As Global COO and EU CEO at DanausGT, he led CRISPR AAV therapies to first-in-human trials, with experience in submissions and approval, full development planning and execution, clinical development, general management, team leadership, and business development.

Currently CEO of Telomere Therapeutics, he collaborated with the founders and Invivo to establish the company in 2020, focusing on gene therapies for telomere syndromes. He also advises and mentors biotech entrepreneurs and innovation bodies in Europe and Canada.
